What does Premises Liability mean?
The phrase “premise liability” means that any person that allows other individuals on their premises is required to use proper care in keeping up with the property.

For example, places such as corporations, state parks, and administration buildings are obligated to manage their premises to prevent foreseeable harm that may occur when someone is visiting the property. Slip and fall mishaps are by far one of the more well-known sorts of premise liability accidents. This type of injury is so common that it’s often referred to as a (slip and fall liability.) The Premise Liability does, however, cover more than just a "slip and fall liability". For example, it also covers:

  • Pool injuries
  • Elevator and escalator mishaps
  • College campus accidents
  • Negligent security
  • Slip and fall accidents
  • Dog Bites
  • Asbestos or lead-related illness
